- 2 cups milk ( of your choice )
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tbsp honey
Soak the chia seeds in the water, for at least an hour before you start preparing the oatmeal.
Cook the oats with the milk, as per usual.
After the oatmeal is ready, add the soaked chia seeds & the cinnamon. Grind the apple and add it to the oatmeal and add the honey, or a sweetener of your choice.
