You'll need:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour + 2 tbsp of regular self raising flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- vanilla sugar + pinch of salt
Just mix all of the ingredients together, and leave the batter to rest for a few minutes.
Cook them on medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
