Vegan Coconut & Sesame Balls

You'll need:

- 100 gr raw cashews
- 2 tbsp coconut
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 dates

First blend the cashews, then add everything else and blend all of the ingredients together.
If the mixture is too dry add more honey and if it's too wet add more coconut.
With this amount of ingredients you can make around 10 balls, depending on the size.
Roll them in coconut and keep them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
