Chia Seed American Pancakes





You'll need:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour + 2 tbsp of regular self raising flour
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • vanilla sugar + pinch of salt

Just mix all of the ingredients together, and leave the batter to rest for a few minutes.
Cook them on medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
Enjoy!
